Tools get dropped, kicked, stepped on and knocked over. Users should not have to replace a tool because it falls off of the workbench or is splashed with water or dirt. That is why the TiS75+ thermal camera is designed to withstand a 2-meter drop and be water/dust resistant (IP54).
Ditch the clipboard
With so many inspections in a given day, it can be difficult to remember what was seen and inspected. Some inspectors carry around a clipboard to jot down notes. The TiS75+ comes with built-in personal assistants, which means users can finally ditch the clipboard and have all of the information they need embedded in its saved images.
Building inspectors always look for moisture - that is why Fluke includes a dew-point calculation in the TiS75+ thermal camera. Dew point is the temperature where the air is cooled to where it is saturated with water. When this happens, moisture develops and wreaks havoc on buildings. Once dew point is calculated, the camera will display the Dew Point Color Alarm. Everything the camera displays that is at the dew point temperature and below will display as a thermal image. Everything above will display as a visual light image. This allows users to see where in the image condensation is occurring, and a scale of how far objects are below the dew point. For example, if someone filled a cup with ice water, the dew point color alarm would show only the cup in IR and the rest of image in visual light.
IR-Fusion Technology: Precisely Blended Images Offer More Detail
Infrared images alone can be difficult to understand, which is why Fluke pioneered IR-Fusion technology. Automatically capture a visible image with every infrared image; this allows users to always know exactly what they are looking at. And image quality is everything when it comes to quickly analyzing infrared images - they need the right level of detail to pinpoint specific areas of concern. IR-Fusion blends visible light and infrared images to capture a clear 5MP real-world picture of the target. Blend at different preset levels and add picture-in-picture (PIP) to capture an incredibly revealing hybrid image.
